Job Responsibilities:

Skill / Qualification :

– Have a comprehensive in programming

– Fundamental Linux knowledge and experience

– For backend, good knowledge of;

Media Sales Manager , Indonesia

We are on the lookout for a Media Sales Manager.

A Media Sales Manager plays an active role in canvassing and sourcing for new media partnerships with publishers & brands/agency. Good Media Sales Managers are influencers in marketing activities with new Clients as well as an existing portfolio of established Clients. A highly motivated self-starter, who can drive revenue while gathering the intelligence needed to shape company strategy and goal.


• Align business opportunities to establish strong and long-term with publishers, brands/ agency.
• Clients Management in maximizing partners’ revenue their daily delivery needs
• Facilitate Client on contractual and initial integration support and monitor Client’s satisfaction levels
• Arrange regular meetings with partners decision-makers and build close relationship
• Responding to RFP and prepare proposal to win the deals
• Grow new business pipeline and scheduling meeting with new prospects
• Strategic plan to achieve revenue target
• Keeping well-informed of all business and mobile technology advances in the marketplace


• Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of online advertising sales experience with business development and negotiation involvement
• Understand and experience in managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
• With experience supporting and servicing clients using advertising products and technology
• A demonstrable record exceeding revenue goals and driving new businesses
• Having good understanding of ad-tech ecosystem with granular understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and Supply-Side Platform (SSP), Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, networks business can be an advantage



• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both in spoken and written
• A positive & can-do work mind-like attitudes
• Self-motivated individual & fast learner
• Team player with ability to work independently
